Bumblebee Millipedes get their name from the bright yellow bands running across their dark bodies. They grow to around 2-3 inches long and spend their time burrowing, exploring, and feeding on decomposing hardwood leaves and wood.
Each purchase includes one millipede in a temporary enclosure prepared here at The Tarantula Collective with Bio Dude Terra Isopoda, hardwood leaf litter, decaying hardwood, and springtails. This gives them food, cover, and a healthy substrate to burrow into while you prepare their permanent habitat.
