Chocolate Desert Millipedes have long, cylindrical bodies with rich brown coloration and grow to around 6 inches long. These southwestern desert millipedes spend much of their time underground, emerging to explore and feed on decomposing plant material.
Each purchase includes one millipede in a temporary enclosure prepared here at The Tarantula Collective with Bio Dude Terra Isopoda, hardwood leaf litter, decaying hardwood, and springtails. This gives them food, cover, and a healthy substrate to burrow into while you prepare their permanent habitat.
