Pterinochilus lugardi - Dodoma Baboon
Approx. 0.5" spiderling, sold individually in a vial. The Dodoma Baboon is an African terrestrial species that tends to be more fossorial than the better-known Pterinochilus murinus, often constructing extensive burrows and webbed retreats when given enough substrate.
They’re hardy, fast-growing and enthusiastic feeders. Like other African baboon tarantulas, they can be quick and defensive when disturbed, but they’re generally straightforward to care for once established in a secure enclosure with plenty of room to dig.
