Stromatopelma calceatum - Featherleg Baboon
Approx. 1-1.5" spiderling, sold individually in a vial. The Featherleg Baboon is a fast-growing arboreal African species known for their striking leg patterning, heavy webbing and tendency to build secure retreats around cork bark and other vertical structure.
They're extremely quick and can be highly defensive when disturbed, so careful rehousing and enclosure maintenance are important. Once established, though, they're fascinating to watch and make an impressive display species for keepers comfortable with fast Old World arboreals.
